This class takes you on a feeling journey into getting to know yourself through breath, body and intention. Each practice combines the centering nature of core work with longer pose holds and intelligently constructed pose sequences to help you walk in your whole Being with greater ease. Known to be a fun, exhilarating and healing practice, Forrest Yoga will help you build connections physically as well as spiritually to live from your own deep wisdom. All levels welcome.
